His article will be deleted from the Google search result that will make his blog down and also put his blog in banned URL so that he can not use many features of Google or even third parties.
But that guys who are there regural visitors of his blog will keep visiting him and you can not get full removed. So don't worry, Make your blog pre secures before posting that you don't need to DMCA against anybody.
